Christmas candy

Claire has figured out that Christmas = a lot of candy eating opportunities. Grandma Erlys made this quilted advent calendar - with a pocket for a Starburst candy everyday until Christmas - when Santa will bring a whole stocking full of candy. Life is good!

Bed Buddies

Claire makes sure most nights that monkey, elephant, poo and the frog
are covered up when she goes to bed

Gingerbread man

Claire and Grandma Erlys decorated Gingerbread men after Thanksgiving. Claire enjoyed eating the decorations (redhots, sprinkles, icing) off the cookies afterwards.

Later we had fierce Gingerbread house building competition. (aka graham cracker houses)

My vote was for Megan's.

Mason was pretty excited about his house too - and promptly ate it after this picture.

Book worms

Madison and her family came to visit the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Madison and Claire are starting to become friends and they went off in a quite a place to read books. (A little family resemblance - strong Berg gene apparently)

Cool - What's that?
