Claire knows a few signs here she is doing more after eating a candy

We took advantage of the "warm" weather (aka 35 degrees) to go for a wagon ride and play a little at the park.

Claire was toasty warm and cozzy - so much so, she fell asleep on the way home.

Otherwise - she seems to be doing well in the toddler room. She seems to be speaking a little more - believe it or not she only now is saying "daddy" - it was all "mommy" before. I think the only downside of being in a room with older kids - is she realizes all that she can't do yet. So she seems to be doing a lot more yelling and screaming when she is frustrated or doesn't get her way. We have had to resort to time outs in her crib. We are not really sure she gets it - but it saves our sanity while she is yelling.

Claire is an official toddler

Claire has now moved onto the toddler room at daycare. I think she will enjoy spending the day with older kids. She really is trying to communicate better - the sign language has really picked up and she is trying her best to talk.

She really wants to do everything her big sister does. She gets pretty upset when she can't do it - like Alley does - or when frankly Alley doesn't want to share her fun with her little sister.

She has gotten rid of the plug - but there are still days Claire and her parents want it back. She has been sucking on her fingers a lot more - or just crying it out a lot longer.

In the toddler room, she is now sleeping on cots. I still am amazed they can keep the kids on the cot. About this age, we transferred Alley to a regular bed - I just can't imagine doing that with Claire yet.
