We took advantage of the "warm" weather (aka 35 degrees) to go for a wagon ride and play a little at the park.
Claire was toasty warm and cozzy - so much so, she fell asleep on the way home.
Otherwise - she seems to be doing well in the toddler room. She seems to be speaking a little more - believe it or not she only now is saying "daddy" - it was all "mommy" before. I think the only downside of being in a room with older kids - is she realizes all that she can't do yet. So she seems to be doing a lot more yelling and screaming when she is frustrated or doesn't get her way. We have had to resort to time outs in her crib. We are not really sure she gets it - but it saves our sanity while she is yelling.
Claire of course enjoyed Alley's birthday cake. I feel bad that it seems like the only pictures of Claire we have is of her eating. But she does seem pretty happy when she is eating - and well she does eat a lot.
Claire also got presents on Alley's birthday. Here is looking at a little Hello Kitty purse that Grandma Helen got her - along with Mardi Gras beads - since she loves necklaces. She got presents from all the grandparents - stickers, books, socks, and she even got her first tattoo (temporary tattoo of curious George). She couldn't stop looking at it.
